Description	With annexed note by Milner that he cannot be sure of date on original letter. (This, and the following cable, probably refer to P.L.G.'s scheme to relieve Mafeking from the north. Although the War Office agreed in principle, they were so dilatory that nothing was effected. See also D3287/MIL/1/553 and /558.)
