Title
Alban, Njube Lobengula, Grahamstown, to High Commissioner, Johannesburg: objecting to High Commissioner's speech where he assured Southern Rhodesia that Njube Lobengula would not be permitted to return to Bulawayo;
demands reasons for such statement;
unable to understand how rebels such as Col. Lynch and, in England, anti-monarchists such as Keir Hardie, Victor Grayson and Winston Churchill are allowed to go free whilst he is forced to remain in South Africa;
demands return of cattle which British South Africa Company agreed to retain only during his education in Cape Town which is now complete.
