P.L.G. to A.P. Millar: asks that the letter from the Company to British Passenger Agents' Assoc. outlining possible agreement over commissions on emigrants attracted by the Assoc. to Rhodesia should be altered so as to ensure that the Agents are unable to collect commission on emigrants of unsound health, abilities or prospects.
