Title
Michell, Rondebosch, to Maguire : has been shown a concession from Lewanika to H. Van Heerden, dated Jul 10 1906, of rights in Northern Western Rhodesia;
Southern Rhodesia Administrator should pay for its own railway tickets and not ask for free passes;
reports progress at the South Africa Convention;
Wise is doing well but is overpaid, thinks Odlum, who may have leaked a story re negotiations with Tobacco Trust, a "dangerous and compromising servant of the Company".
