Wilson Fox to P.L.G. : glad to hear that he is recovering, as there is a need for him to act on the board as senior director now that the Vice-president [Maguire] has sailed;
unwillingness of Jameson to act as senior director due to acute differences within the board;
decision to delay the presidency question until Maguire returns;
many in favour of offering it to Grey, but Maguire wants it himself, with Birchenough as V.-P.;
