Church Gresley, 29, 31, 33 and 35 Market Street; Two messuages and parcel of ground inherited from John Hallam, labourer, sold by John's sons, William and John Hallam, to Thomas Heap of Swadlincote, Church Gresley, labourer, 1810; appointed to use of George Mansfield of Church Gresley, saddler, 1828; mortgaged to Mrs Frances Clarkson, 1831, with further charge on the property 1835. Small parcel of land conveyed to Thomas Mansfield (bounds including Primitive Methodist meeting house) 1832.
