Title
Lease: Robt. Willimott of Osmaston, esq. and Robert his son and heir to Wm. Taylor of Talk on the Hill, Staffs., gent. Samuel Proctor of Newcastle in Lyme, Staffs. mercer and James Taylor of same, grocer, for 21 years to hold all that Roe or vein of coats on slack in certain lands of the Wilmot's in Talk on the Hill, in the holding of Wm. Brassington and John Shaw - called or known by the name of the "Sevenfoot Roe" ........to pay 1/9d out of every parcel of coats. W: Robert Snedley, Samuel Gollin. (Parcel is commonly called a dozen of coals.)
