TitleLease for possession by Theodosia Jevon some time of Sedgley, Staffs, now of Croxall, spinster, to John Hayes of Wolverhampton, gent, and Thomas Fisher of Repton, gent, of a moiety of a capital messuage in Sedgley commonly called the Hall, moiety of all outhouses etc, moiety of closes called Inkeshic Meadow, Wainwright Hill, Hilly Meadow, Parkers Croft, the Two Barn Crofts, in the possession of Edward Gibbons, also a moiety of a messuage, tenement or farmhouse in Sedgley not far from the capital messuage and moiety of closes called Sandy Lane Piece, Sanders Hill Piece, the Walk Piece, Red Lane Piece, the Dead Knave Field, Rick Pieces, the Moving Bath, the Lower Barn Croft, the Dead Knave Piece wherein the messuage is erected, Ox Leasow, Holler Croft, Dayzy Leasow, Pide Croft and Little Meadow; also a moiety of another messuage, tenement or farmhouse in Sedgley with 2a of land called Beacon Piece lately inclosed out of Sedgley Field, 1a of land in the same field, 2a of land taken out of Hardwick Field called Watering Brook Piece, 1a of land in the same field, 1a of land in an enclosure called Rye Meadow adj Hardwick Field, 1a of land leading down to Rye Meadow, an enclosure called Wainwrights Croft, piece of enclosed land called Cotterline, ½a of land lying in enclosure taken out of Sandwell Field, 1a of land in the same field; also moiety of dwellinghouse or tenement with all lands etc in Rowley Regis, namely Stephenhis Meadow; also moiety of an ancient toft or tenement called Ellwells with closes called Upper Hall Leasow, Funny Ruchy Leasow, the Moving Leasow (all in Sedgley); also moiety of Ox Ellwalls (Sedgley) and a moiety of a messuage or tenement in Netherton, ph Dudley, Worcs.
