Title
Deed by Sir Robert Pelsant of Liddington that in the recited deed his name is used in trust and the property was sold to him at the nomination and appointment of Richard Pagitt and that £164 of the consideration of £599 15s was the proper money of Richard Pagitt - reciting bargain and sale of the same date by Sir John Wollaston kt and others, pursuant to Act of Parliamnet for the abolishing of Deans, Deans and Chapters, canons and other offices and tithes belonging to any catherdral or collegiate church in England and Wales, to Robert Pelsant of Liddington, Rutland, in consideration of £599 15s, of all that messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure of Richard Pagitt in a yard called Shippyard in a place called Petty France in the parish of St Margarets Westminster, and all that other messuage on the south side of said yard, all that other messuage on the southward side of the last messuage, all that little messuage or tenement in the tenure or occupation of Francis Rodman on the west side of said yard and all that barn, stable or hayloft on the west side, all that other messuage or tenement in the tenure or occupation of "one sawier" on the west side of the yard, and all that other messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure of Andrew Clarke, and all that messuage or tenement known by the sign of the Shipp in the High St called Petty France, all that other messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure or occupation of Benjamin Pyner adjoining the High St of Petty France, all that other messuage now or late in the tenure or occupation of Ellen Meritt next to the said High St, messuage late in the occupation of Robert Boyes in High St, a messuage late in the occupation of John Dodds on the High St, a little shed used for a wood house, stable and bay loft, messuage or tenement in the occupation of George Floods on the east side of High St all that other messuage or tenement north of the last one in the occupation of Richard Rawlinson, messuage or tenement on the east side of the last messuage in the occupation of Bridget Plumley, all abutting on the High St called Petty France on the south and the brick wall of St James Park on the north and the garden plots late of the Dean and Chapter of Westminster to the east: all formerly possessions of the late Dean and Chapter of Westminster, St Peters.
