Release (pursuant to Act of Parliament for vesting in trustees certain lands late the inheritance of Sir Eusebius Buswell for payment of his debts) by John Kinnersley of Badger, Salop, Esq, and Blest Colclough of Eccleshall, Staffs, gent, (Trustees), at the direction of Christopher Horton of Catton Esq, to Robert Haynes of Kibworth Beauchamp, gent, in consideration of £1600, of all that messuage, farm and homestead, 2 closes and all those arable lands, meadow or pasture belonging in the occupation of Joseph King in Kibworth Harcourt (alias Upper Kibworth) and Kibworth Beauchamp (alias Nether Kibworth), all that cottage or homestead and arable, meadow and pasture belonging, lia, in the holding of Elenor Brion, widow, now Robert Haynes, all that cottage and homestead lately in the holding of Richard Brandson now Thomas Thorne, all that cottage and homestead in the occupation of David Clark now William Clark, all that cottage and homestead and land belonging in the occupation of William Smith now Thomas Almey, 21a, 3 cottages in Kibworth Harcourt, also all that arable land, pasture or meadow in Smeaton Westerbye formerly in the holding of Thomas Parkwood.
