Description | Release by John Kinnersley of Badger, Salop, Esq, Blest Colclough of Ellenhall, Staffs, gent, (surviving Trustees under Act of Parliament for vesting the estates of Sir Eusebius Buswell in Trustees), at the consent of Christopher Horton of Catton and Frances his wife, only daughter of Sir Eusebius Buswell dec'd, to Bowyer Adderley of Hamms Hall, Warwicks, in consideration of £710 8s 7d, reciting the Act of Parliament and indenture of 19/20 March 1710 being the marriage settlement of Eusebius Buswell and Honour Sneyd and many other subsequent deeds, of closes in Gillsborough called Brierhill and lands in the open fields of Brixworth in the occupation of Robert Lister, and yearly chief rents of 6s per annum arising out of certain lands and tenements in Market Harborough: in turst for Frances Horton to dispose of as she wishes, with covenant to levy a fine of the premises by the Hortons to Adderley.
