Feoffment by William Ralford of Welham, Leics, Esq, to George Buswell of Derby, gent, in consideration of £1,000, of all that messuage or tenement, one little croft adjoining, croft or close called Townesend Close, croft or close called the Asheclose, croft called the Oake Yard, close called Castle Close in Lilbourne, 3 yardlands in the fields of Lilbourne, all those parcels of dole meadow 20 acres in the fields of Lilbourne, 5 roods of meadow in the meadow of Catthorpe, also a ley of furrs in the fields of Lilbourne on a furlong called Greenelowe alias Streete Furlong, all that cottage or tenement in Lilbourne now or late in the occupation of Richard Ferman, shepherd, all that messuage or tenement and one little close in Lilbourne reputed to be the first part of the two yardlands late in the tenure of Nicholas Flecton and Isabel his wife now in the tenure of George Goode and Agnes his wife.
