Mastan held, and the other cottage, curtilage and 1a 3r of land John le Taylour held: to be held by Richard and Sibilla and the heirs of their bodies, in default of issue the messuage, cottages and land to remain to Beatrice daughter of said Richard [presumably of a previous marriage] and the heirs of her body; in default of issue to the use of John, son of Richard, and his heirs; in default of issue of illegible: fine 3s 4d
