Surrender and quitclaim by Frances Cox of Barford, Beds, widow of William Cox and formerly wife of William Stafford dec'd (which said Frances Cox of Barford along with Dame Anne Pelsant late wife of Sir Eusebius Pelasant of Liddington and mother of Eusebius Buswell the elder, were the only sisters and co-heirs of Sir George Buswell the elder of Clipston Esq, dec'd) to Eusebius Buswell the elder of Cadeby Esq, reciting settlement of 16 March 19 Charles II [1667] between Sir George Buswell, Sir Eusebius Pelsant, Harold Kinsman and George Collop relating to the manor of Clipston etc, in consideration of £400, of all and every the messuages, farms, closes, lands etc in Kibworth Harcourt, Smeeton Westerby, Husbands Bosworth, Market Harboro' and Lubbenham recited in settlement, for the life of Frances Cox now that the trusts in the settlement have been fulfilled, and also (surrendered) the manor of Clipston and Newbold.
