TitleInspeximus of a judgment following a writ by Humphry Wade, 26 March 9 Elizabeth [1567], against William Halford, William Bennett and Edward Sturges that they did enter a close of his called Radnelbrock in the Moselow Field of Clipston and consumed all the grass to the value of 40s: but they say that Thomas Bussewell who is seised in a messuage, 60a of land, 20a of meadow and 40a of pasture in Clipston has common of pasture in the place called Radnelbrock when the field is either wheat field or pease field, and said Thomas leased the said tenement to William Halford from year to year (result of judgment not clear due to crinkled and faded end).
