TitleDeed to indemnify Giles Boseworth from payment of debt, reciting that Augustine Langley and Giles Boseworth are bound to John Collins of Gomeley, Leics, in £300 (for true payment of £156 6s) and to Thomas Wade in £40 (for payment of £20), by which Augustine Langley has bargained and sold to Giles Boseworth all that messuage or tenement in Clipstone and one yardland quarterne and a half of arable, meadow and pasture in Clipston: if Langley settles his debts, null and void.
