Thomas Vanaster and John Flamsted have sold to Elizabeth Bosworth of Clipston, widow, and Thomas Bosworth her son, a house, 2 closes and 3 yardlands in Clipston, to Francis Hawford of Clipston, yeoman, a parcel of meadow called Pilkington's Meadow 19a 1r 07p (see D3155/WH 557), to William Goodman of Clipston, yeoman, a messuage, 2 closes and a yardland in Clipston and to William Wade of Clipston, yeoman, two parcels of meadow near Drovers Way, now a fine is to be levied by Sir Thomas Tresham and the rest under the description of 2 messuages, 4 tofts, 2 gardens, 2 orchards, 70a of land, 40a of meadow, 100a of pasture in Clipston, and the various properties shall be to the uses intended in the bargain and sale of 8 January 35 Elizabeth.
