Title
Settlement on the marriage of John Lumley son and heir of Frances Lumley and Frances Willington one of the daughters of James Millington, by which Francis Lumley of Clipston has enfeoffed to James Willington of Brownsover, Warwicks, gent, David Nayler of Great Harborow, Warwicks, clerk, Robert Brewster of Welford, Northants, gent and Daniel Brinknell of Clipston, yeoman, of all his manor house where he lives, cottage in the occupation of John Harberd, yard called Hurnewell Yard, close called Little Close, close called Longe Close, close called Brasse Crofte and 5 yardlands: manor house and 4 yardlands to the use of Francis Lumley for life and for one year after his decease for the benefit of his executors and if Elizabeth outlives him, the manor house and 3 yardlands, Little Close and Longe Close to her use for life: the cottage, Hurnewell Yard, 2 yardlands and Brassecroft to the use of John Lumley and Frances Willington: after the death of Francis and Elizabeth Lumley then the whole property to the use of John Lumley and his heirs on the body of Frances Willington and in default of issue to the use of the right heirs of John Lumley.
