TitleMarriage settlement - following marriage of Sir George Buswell and Dame Katherine his wife - by which Sir George Buswell of Clipston, Bt, and Dame Katherine his wife grant with Sir Henry Puckering of the Priory near Warwick and Sir Richard Kinsman of Broughton, Northants, that Sir George Buswell may seised of the north part of the mansion house now being erected at Clipston and closes called the Hempland, Humfrey's Close. Christopher Selbye's Orchard 2a 2r 24p to the use of Sir George Buswell for life, then to the use of Dame Katherine for life, then to the use of their sons successively in tail male.
