Eusebius Buswell the younger and elder have conveyed to Sir Charles Skrymsher, Sneyd and Jones, the manor of Clipston and Newbold and other Northants and Leics estates (recited in detail - 4 skins): the manor of Clipston and the capital messuage there to the use of Eusebius Buswell the elder until the marriage, then to the use of Eusebius Buswell the younger for life, then to the use of Skrymsher, Sneyd and Jones on trust to preserve the contingent uses: capital messuage at Cadeby to the use of Eusebius Buswell the elder for life, then to the use of Frances his wife for her jointure - and five skins of further uses; also Sir Charles Skrymsher has conveyed to Eusebius Buswell, senior, John and Anthony Wingfield, properties in Tunstall, High Offley and elsewhere in Staffs, to the use of Sir Charles Skrymsher until the marriage, then to the use of Eusebius Buswell the younger, then to the use of the trustees to preserve the contingent remainders.
