Title	Declaration by Mathew Pippen of Clipston that he does not claim any right of common in the fields of Newbold as belonging to his messuage and lands in Clipston, nor any common for cattle in Newbold Field other than for his one yardland situated in Newbold, reciting that Sir George Buswell prosecuted him at the Court of Common Pleas for trespassing on his grass with sheep upon five hades at a place called Hullpittsicke.
