TitleArticles of agreement between John Lumley of Clipston, gent, and Francis Lumley his son and heir apparent, of same town, gent, and George Buswell, Esq, of Clipston, whereby in consideration of £1120, the Lumleys are to bargain and sell to Buswell all that capital messuage and site of manor thereto belonging where John Lumley now inhabits, and all that other messuage or tenement in the occupation of John Arnold, a close called Longe Close 1a, a close called Brasecrosse Close, 3a and all those several pieces or parcels of arable, ley, meadow and grass ground, 5 yardlands - all in Clipston and Newbold.
