Quitclaim by Roger Wade, clerk, son and heir of Thomas Wade formerly of Clipston, husbandman, to Robert Wade of Clipston, husbandman, his brother, of a messuage or tenement in the vill of Clipston near the stream there commonly called Paradice and 3½ virgates of land in the fields of Clipston and Newbold, a close called Newe Close, ½r of arable land commonly called Pycheleys in the fields of Newbold and also another half virgate of land commonly called Pitchley in the common fields of Clipston and a parcel of land or pasture commonly called Jugges Wong in the fields of Clipston 6a and a small close or croft called Malkins Yard in Clipston. Dated 21 June 4 and 5 Philip and Mary [1558]
