Articles of agreement between Francis Bosworth the elder and younger and George Buswell of Derby, yeoman, that the Bosworths have bargained and sold to Buswell a close in Clipston or Newbold called Cunye Close 2½a, for £54: also Francis Bosworth the younger has sold to Buswell a piece of meadow ground in Clipston called the Nether Meadow, 4a to be freed from all encumbrances, for £56. Dated 3 February 1619/20
