Title
Lease by Christopher Horton of Catton Esq to John Eaton of Kelmarsh, innholder, of several parcels of ground in Kelmarsh, the Mans Close, Barratts Meadow, Cobdale, Bankey Meadow, Rowborough, Other Bankey Meadow and Lodge Close, late in the occupation of John Lawrence and John Smith; for 15 years at an annual rent of £119 0s 6d; to plough only such parts of the two Bankey Meadows and Barrats Meadow as shall be thought requisite by Horton, to be laid down after two successive crops within the first nine years of the term: lawful for Horton to sow the Lodge Close with wood for one year of the term with a suitable deduction from the rent. Dated 1 April
