TitleSettlement by which Thomas Markaunt of Oxenden Magna, husbandman, has given to John Poole, Andrew Watson and John James of Oxenden Magna, husbandman, all that messuage or tenement and two closes in Oxenden Magna now or late in the tenure of Thomas Markaunt: to the use of Thomas Markaunt and Elizabeth his wife for their lives, after their deaths to the use of Andrew Markaunt his son and his lawful male issue, then in default of issue to the successive uses of Robert and William his other sons and their lawful male issue and in default to the use of the right heirs of Thomas Markaunt.
