TitleLease by William P[r]est, vicar of Stapenhill, William de Restoleston and William de Hornynglouwe, chaplains, and William Plumere of Barton-on-Trent, to Isabel widow of John Broune of Barton-on-Trent, of a messuage with a garden and meadow adjoining lying in the High St of Barton-on-Trent between the tenement of Symon de Newton on the one part, and the tenement of Richard de Glovere on the other part, which messuage and garden with meadow they hold by gift and feoffment of John Broune of Barton-on Trent as contained in a charter of the said John - to be held for life at an annual rent of a red rose: then to be held for the life of John son of Isabel for life (if he outlives his mother)
