Grant of livery of the estates of Jane Horton of Catton to Christopher Horton, her son, having come of age - namely to a messuage and a cottage with diverse land, meadow and pasture belonging at Rosliston, now or late in the tenure of John Cantrell and - Alsop, and another messuage in Coton and the land, meadow and pasture belonging in the tenure or occupation of Anne Coton, widow and two other messuages, 40 acres of land, 15 acres of meadow and 20 acres of pasture in Coton in the occupations and 20 acres of pasture in Coton in the occupations of Richard Bayley and William Coulton.
