Description
(i) All the land in either field that has been ploughed within the space of 20 years to be laid down: the ridge ways to be left as large as they were 20 years ago
(ii) No man to put more than 4 kine and 40 sheep for a yardland
(iii) Wheat fields to be laid yearly upon Candlemas Day and the cow pastures the first day of March
(iv) Wheat stubbles not to be broken up with sheep till 14 days after wheat and barley be carried
(v) No man shall tie any ground (except his own) until 15 August
(vi) Hogs to be ringed from All Saints till Lady Day
(vii) No one to keep kine in fields after St Thomas until Lady Day (unless they be penned up)
(viii) A pinder to be set on at Candlemas signed by only 6 of the inhabitants
