Gift by William Scryveyn of Clipston to Richard his brother of the same place of six roods of land and ½a of meadow in the fields of Clipston, of which ½a lies on Akerdich Hul between the gores of the lord and the land of Thomas son of Bustach, and ½a lies on Longefurlongis between the land of Thomas Large and Walter Patislye, and ½a in that culture called Veres Medue between the gores of the lord and the land of Thomas son of Eustach, and a rood and a half of meadow lying near Oxendon "Mer" between the land of Thomas Large and the land of Walter Patislye and a half rood on Fordolys between the land of Thomas Large and the land of Walter Patislye: annual rent of 10d.
