TitleArticles of agreement between Robert Wilmot the elder of Osmaston, Esq, Robert Wilmot the younger, his son and heir, John Eardley Wilmot, another son, and Richard Smedley of Risley, Derbyshire, gent, by which, in consideration of £4500, the Wilmots will convey to Smedley, all those several messuages, cottages, farms, lands, tenements, hereditaments in the parish of Audley in the possession of William Taylor, Thomas Shovelbotham, Richard Whitehall, Samuel Growcott, Randle Hilditch,---Dorman, --- Wood, with moiety of coal, iron and other minerals: dataed 19 March 1734
