Gift by Richard de Ryston, clerk, to Thomas son of Richard de Merstone, clerk, of a messuage in Braybrok with croft adjoining and the whole of his land with meadow, pasture and pasturage in the vill of Braybrok, a red rose arising annually from Matilda Page, with the reversion of all the land which the said Matilda holds by right of dower through the death of John de Tothil late her husband
Witnesses: Lord Thomas de Latim[er], kt, of Braybrok, Henry called Forester of the same place, William ad Ettiam of the same place, John le Lord of the same place, Richard called le Lord of Deseboreu, Robert Ridel de Farndon and others.
