Commonwealth Writ directed to William Willoughby, Sheriff of Nottingham, following a writ of cap. obligat. of the Court of Common Pleas against Gabriel Armstrong at the suit of Christopher Horton, ordering the Sheriff to take possession of closes of pasture in Thorpe called Armitage, Parsons Close and Stone Close, and a close divided into three at the Chappell, worth £120 per annum, and to use all rents, issues and profits until all money due has been paid.
