Witnesses: William de Curzon, Lord of Croxall, Richard de Rugeley, senior, William Geffrey of Catton, Richard Smith of the same place, John Presttessone [Priestson] of the same place and others. Dated Sunday next after the feast of Purif ication of BVM 1 Henry IV [8 Feb 1400].
