Description
Consideration £315. Recites a marriage settlement of Sackville, Earl of Thanet and Mary, countess of Thanet, formerly Mary Sackville in which properties in Westmorland, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire were conveyed in trust to the Duke of Dorset and Sir Anthony Thomas Abdy, 25 Jul 1767, and recites release of the property conveyed in this document by the Duke of Dorset to Francis Carey.
Endorsement: memorandum of the conveyance of 10 acres 1 rood 18 perches in Shaw Wood by Ann Halton, widow and Revd Imanuel Halton of South Wingfield, only son and heir at law of the late Wingfield Halton, 30 Dec 1837.
