Numbered D2887/1/1. Gives field names, acreages, tenants and total acreages for each tenant.
This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Mannor of Shipley in Darbyshire. Surveyed Anno 1713 by John Holmes, Survr. Surveyor:John Holmes. Scale: of 100 perches [1:8800]. Size: 42 x 60 cm. Materials: copy [ink on paper]. Centred on: SK439444 Notes: compass rose. Estate plan, 1990 acres of closes and a small area of open field on west: some field-names, area, parcel number and adjoining owners: Hall and adjacent buildings in block diagram: cottages on encroachments on the commons, well: roads named, e.g. 'Hassock Lane': Table lists 36 tenants, reference number, colour and area: a table 'Incroachment on The Common' lists 8 names occupying 2 acres.
