TitleAppointment, John Clarke of Etwall, cordwainer and Rowland Cotton of Etwall, esq, and Francis Jones of Derby, gent, recites that by lease and release of 1 and 2 Oct 1724, Clarke granted to Jones messuage, lands and one cowgate in Etwell marsh, in Etwall, for 99 years in trust to raise £60. Clarke directs that for £5 paid to him by Cotton, Jones is to levy the £5 and interest as part of the £60 and pay the same to Cotton by 30 Oct, Jones's term in the premises to be security for the £5. 30 Oct
