Garralt Morphy gentleman of Queen's County, Ireland (heir at law of John Pole decd) and Revd John Griffith of Eckington/Joseph Clay gent of Bridgehouses, Sheffield (Yorkshire) Clay to pay legacies under John Pole's Will and £700 debt of Morphy to Griffith. Morphy is pay Griffith £300 and to hold Pole property at Crich, Wakebridge and Matlock subject to 21 year lease of Wakebridge Farm to Thomas Wheildon. Dated 29 Apr 1756, 15 Jun 1757
