Lease and release by Timothy Tempest Taylor, merchant, of Manchester (surviving devisee in trust and executor of the late Samuel Withington) to William Brittlebank, gentleman, of Oddo, co. Derby, of the messuage known as the White Hart public house with garden abutting on the River Goyt; the Row Closes on which four cottages have been erected and now called the First Croft; Bottom Croft and Further Row Croft (the land having been reduced in area owing to the recent building of the Cromford and High Peak Railway) and the Bing's Knoll Allotment (2r 10p), inset plan showing these properties.
