Date
20th cent
Description
Woodville High Street, Blackfordby, Ticknall, Hartshorne and Smisby had formerly been part of the Woodville and Swadlincote circuit; Woodville Granville Estate and Woodville Chapel Street had formerly been part of the Church Gresley circuit. After amalgamating to form the South Derbyshire Newhall and Woodville Circuit (1962-1967) circuit in 1955, these chapels broke away in 1962 and, together with Newhall Central, Newhall Ebenezer, Newhall Wesley, Midway and Bretby, formed the Newhall and Woodville circuit.
