Probate of the will of Charles Thomas Bentley captin in the 78th Regiment of Highlanders. Interest on investments left to wife Eliza and unnamed children. Executrix Eliza, executors John Henry Wise clerk Hankerton Parsonage, Wiltshire, and John Tripp clerk Carhampton Parsonage, Somerset. Will dated 19 Sep 1852, probate 2 Feb 1858 in which Bentley is described as of Derby. He died 6 Jan 1858.
