Between Mary Fowlowe, wife of Samuel Fowlowe of Cronkstone Grange, Hartington and widow of Edward Swann junior of Hurdlow, Hartington, gentleman, William Armett of Heaton, Staffordshire, esquire, and John Wheeldon of Cronkstone Grange, Hartington, yeoman (devisees of the will of Edward Swann and trustees and guardians of Mary Swann, infant), and Sarah Carr of Chesterfield, widow, for the raising of interest from 3½% to 4% concerning a mortgage dated 31 March-1 April 1757
