Property; a messuage in Chesterfield in a street called "le Neydermarketstedelane" alias "Rottenrowe" alias "Betwellane" betweenh the holding of Henry Foljambe, esquire, once of Thomas Broun', on the eastern side and the holding of the Guild of St Mary of Chesterfield on the western side, abutting on the King's highway to the north, and the water of the "Hypur" [Hipper] on the south, lately held from the gift by feoffment of John Williamson, late burgess and freemason of the town of Chesterfield, together with William Whitals and James Fox
Dated at Chesterfield Friday before the Feast of Pentecost in the 17th year of the reign of King Henry VII
