Parties (1) Bernard Maynard Lucas of Highfiled near Chesterfield, esquire, and Esther Brodhurst, wife of William Brodhurst of Newark, Nottinghamshire, esquire, and (2) Reverend Thomas Burton Lucas of Hill House, parish of North Wingfield, clerk.
Relating to the will of Esther Lucas of Hasland, relict of Bernard Lucas of Hasland, esquire, deceased, dated 12 May 1842, containing a proviso for the distribution of furntiture and plate to her sons or dayghter, and the death of the said Esther Lucas 3 September 1844 and probate of her will at Lichfield on 10 October 1844
