Each entry gives name of person and the property in respect of which he claims an allotment giving field names and acreages. This section is followed by objections to claims; table giving total number of claims for common right and assessment for defraying expenses of obtaining an Act of Parliament for inclosure of lands in manor of Barlow
Also table headed Copy Claims of Exemption from income tax schedule A.B. 2 Nov 1842; exemption claims under Schedule D; exemption claims from those who do not occupy land worth £10 per annum; pencilled notes, subject uncertain. On first page of the book is written William Howard 1828
