Particulars of sale and plans of freehold properties comprising dwelling house called “Rock Villa” in Kiln Lane, Leek, printing and dye works and land called “Hen Croft” in Abbey Green Road, Leek, No 54 St Edward Street, Leek residence of the late Sir Thomas Wardle with 2 cottages etc., the shop adjoining no 56 occupied by the Leek Embroidery Society, 3 cottages, land and plantation at Cheddleton Heath (about 29a) and a residence called “Swainsley” on the banks of the River Manifold with farmhouse and lands (about 37½a) to be auctioned by Messrs Fergyson and Son at the Town Hall, Leek on 7 Jul.
