Title
Plan and particulars of 59 freehold building sites in the Borough of Derby to be auctioned by Messrs I and W Heathcote at the Mart, Derby on 30 October. The sites were in Normanton Road, Society Place, Lower Dale Road and Burton Road and in new streets to be called Lyndhurst Street and Silverhill Road. One of the Burton Road lots was the old toll house
