in all 1,123 acres comprising dairy and stock farms called Pinfold Farm, Repton, Sycamore Farm, Trent House Farm, Pilsbury House Farm, Crowtree Farm and Willington Hill Farm, smallholdings, river meadows, accommodation pasture and arable land, “Brook House”, Willington, cottages, gardens, building land, fishing rights in Trent and Mersey Canal, to be auctioned by Messrs Winterton and Sons at the Royal Hotel, Derby on 14 October, by direction of Sir Francis Burdett.
