Title
“Reference to an Estate situate at Barrow upon Trent… belonging to Sir Frederick Des Voeux”. Gives occupiers, numbers referring to plan, description of properties, state of cultivation, acreages, miscellaneous notes, and covers Sinfin Moor and Barrow upon Trent. The notes include reference to sales of property, giving lot numbers, to whom sold and sometimes sale price. D2614/E/2/2/1 enclosed in D2614/E/2/2 “Reference” similar to above but the owner is said to be Lady Alice M Des Voeux deceased and giving tenants in 1926 in place of notes. Dated Lady Day 1926.
