Reciting will of Wm Ronksley, 18 Feb 1828, bequeathing annuity of £40 a year for life to testator's wife Martha to be paid out of Derbyshire farm rents, Ecclesfield property to testator's daus and residue of his estates to testator's son Geo Court held at Geo Morton's house, Hathersage before Jos Hall, Steward of manor
Relates to Manor of Hathersage copyhold parcels of ground called the Abbot Holme, the Howhay below the Footway to the Shutts, the Howhay above the Footway to the Shutts, the Birchin Bank, the Pease Field, the Longsands, coppice with barn thereon and Robin Croft occ Daul Rode, several messuages called the Long Hay and the Tinwood, parcels called Upper Croft, Lime Piece, the Nether Croft, the Little Croft, the Tinwood and the Tinwood Meadow with messuage and blacksmith's shop lately erected occ Thos Ronksley, all copyhold of the manor of Hathersage
